Dates and Venue 2-4 May 2013, 8pm; mat. 4 May @ 2pm | Studio Theatre, 1700 Mathers Ave., West Vancouver Reviewer Ed Farolan Produced in partnership with Pacific Theatre Company, this theatrical adaptation of C.S. Lewis' novel captivated the imagination of a capacity crowd of children and their parents and grandparents during the May 4th matinee performance. Mack Gordon (Peter) and Kaitlin Williams (Lucy) did a fine job with their rapport to this audience as they played multiple roles including the winter witch, Aslan, and other characters from this beloved chidren's classic. Kudos to Director Kerri Norris and the production staff Laura Mclean, OmanieElias, Lauchlin Johnston, Naomi Sider, Corina Akeson, Jeff Tymoschuk, Jess Howell and Frank Nickel for their work which kept the audience engrossed in the play. .I just wish that Pacific Theatre can extend their tours to other venues in Greater Vancouver, including Surrey, White Rock and Langley. © 2013 Ed Farolan |
