What a fabulous show! There were around 900 in attendance at the the Bell Performng Arts Centre last October 24th, and the audience, including myself, composed mostly of senior citizens who were teenagers when these legends were in their prime, were cheering and just enjoyng the show. I was talking to a lady seated beside me and she still remembers Elvis Presley's concert when he first came to Vancouver in the late fifties.

This rock n' roll tribute show which tours yearly to BC features the best of the best tribute artists in the world. The Legends concept was created by Les Vogt and Red Robinson for Expo '86 and became the undisputed entertainment hit at the 1986 Exposition where 43 original oldies acts were performed at Expo Theatre every Sunday.

The current cast this year features the largest line-up of quality tribute artists ever to tour in Canada. The headliners include Lance Lipinsky as Jerry Lee Lewis from the Killer  Experience, Garry Moore (as Little Richard) from Legends In Concert, Donny Edwards (Young Elvis) from TV's “Next Best Thing”, Greg Miller (as 70’s Elvis) from “Elvis Elvis Elvis”, Bernie Jessome as Roy Orbison, Jeff Scott as Buddy Holly, Bernie & Jeff as the Everly Brothers, and Larry Merchison as the celebrity host Ed Sullivan.
