Nezha (哪吒) is an animated feature based on a protection deity in Chinese folk religion. It was the top-grossing Chinese animated film last year, dubbed in English with subtitles in English and Chinese.

It´s about a young boy, Nezha, who is birthed from a heavenly pearl by the Primeval Lord of Heaven. Born with unique powers, Nezha finds himself as an outcast who is hated and feared. Destined by prophecy to bring destruction to the world, the young boy must choose between good and evil in order to break the shackles of fate and become a hero.

It´sw an interesting film with comedic interludes and the usual Martial Arts common in Chinese films. The visual effects were fantastic. No wonder it was a top-grossing film last year. I think both children and adults will enjoy this movie.
